About Us

The city of Hamilton is a blue collar town that has grown dramatically in a short period of time as immigrants, artists, and young families seeking a change of pace have made it their home.  As a result, the culinary scene in a town known for its prominent industrial waterfront has exploded. Almost overnight, Hamilton has gone from being a culinary follower to a culinary leader. 

Join us as we go into the kitchens of some of the city’s most noteworthy brewers, bakers, and chefs to explore some of  the best in food and drink.
